Print Quality FAQs

Find answers to the most common questions regarding our Premium All-Over-Print (AOP) fabric and print quality details.

What printing technology do you use? +
We use advanced High-Definition Sublimation Printing technology. This process fuses the inks directly into the fabric fibers at a molecular level under high temperature and pressure, ensuring rich colors and detailed resolutions.
Will the graphics fade, peel, or crack over time? +
Absolutely not. Unlike traditional screen printing or vinyl transfers, which sit on top of the fabric and can crack or peel, our dye-sublimation ink becomes a permanent part of the garment fabric. It will never crack, peel, flake, or fade, even after dozens of machine washes.
What material is the apparel made of? +
Our products are crafted from a custom premium Poly-Spandex blend (95% Polyester, 5% Spandex). This specific fabric composition is selected for its high strength, breathability, moisture-wicking properties, and its unique ability to absorb and hold sublimation dyes with maximum vividness.
How should I wash and care for my AOP garments? +
To keep your apparel looking brand new:
  • Machine wash cold with like colors.
  • Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the outer surface.
  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
  • Do not dry clean, bleach, or iron directly over the graphic print.
Why does the fabric feel so soft compared to other graphic tees? +
Traditional screen printing uses heavy Plastisol inks that create a rubbery, stiff layer on top of the cotton shirt. Because our sublimation dye is absorbed completely by the polyester fibers, there is zero ink texture or stiffness. The fabric remains 100% soft, flexible, and fully breathable.
